For the most frequently occurring problems we have listed here possible scenarios (this list is not comprehensive).
| 1. No voltage/control voltage available |
| Possible Cause: |
Remedy: |
- Cable (mains and/or handset/additional drives) disconnected

- Check lead and, if necessary, restore contact
|
| 2. Handset or drive system without function |
| Possible Cause: |
Remedy: |
- Handset or drive system defective
- No mains voltage
|
- Contact your supplier/dealer
|
| 3. It is suddenly no longer possible to get the drives to move |
| Possible Cause: |
Remedy: |
- Thermal circuit breaker on the transformer or in the control unit has possibly been activated
- Thermal fuse in transformer defective
- Fuse defective
- No mains voltage
|
- Let the drive system rest for approx. 20-30 minutes
- Contact your supplier/dealer
- Check mains Cable
|
| 4. Permanent or long-sounding alarm signal (only CARE/HOSP) |

| 5. Function LED in handset doesn't light up or glows permanently when keys pressed (only CARE/HOSP) |
| Possible Cause: |
Remedy: |
- Fault in control system
- End-of-travel position reached
- Lock-out switch on locking device/supervisor locked
- Drive overload
- Accumulator flat
|
- Contact your supplier/dealer
- Operative drive to travel out of the end-of-travel position
- Release lock-out switch
- Relieve the drives
- Connect system to mains to allow accumulator to recharge
